Welcome to YAP Africa. By enrolling in our 5-Day Practical Accounting Software Bootcamp or utilizing our platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our training programs, submitting payment receipts, or joining our cohorts, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Bootcamp Enrollment & Access
Bootcamp registration is confirmed upon successful payment verification and submission of required details. Access to software environments (such as YAPBooks™) and closed community groups is strictly personal to the registered participant and non-transferable.
3. Refund Policy
Our refund terms are strictly structured as follows:
- Refunds are only permitted if a formal cancellation notice is given at least 48 hours before the program commences on Sunday.
- A full refund is automatically issued if the scheduled program fails to hold as scheduled and no prior information has been disseminated to participants.
4. Intellectual Property
All training materials, case studies, software workflows, curriculum outlines, and proprietary platform features (including YAPBooks™) provided during the bootcamp are the intellectual property of YAP Africa. Participants are granted a limited license for personal skill development and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell training materials without express written authorization.
5. Participant Conduct
We maintain a professional and respectful community environment. YAP Africa reserves the right to remove participants from community platforms and training groups without refund if they engage in disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
6. Limitation of Liability
YAP Africa provides practical educational training and simulation software environments to build workplace competencies. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job placements, or corporate promotions as a result of bootcamp completion.
